These sessions highlight new, innovative, and best practice-based strategies in the areas such as exercise prescription, program and class design, pedagogy or instruction techniques, assessment, and behavioral strategies and engagement.

Specifically, the framework was used to create recommendations to highlight and add information, guidance and resources on how to make programs inclusive of people with disability so that they can enjoy the same health benefits from programs as those without disability. Results will be shared from pilot evaluations as well as organizational experience embedding inclusive practices through all phases of their program training and delivery.
